Stop Landing in Spam: Key Updates to Keep Your Emails Reaching the Inbox

Expressions of Interest – New Email Testing Tool
If your emails are landing in spam, it doesn’t matter how good your content is — your audience never even sees it. This is one of the biggest frustrations solopreneur coaches face right now, and it’s only getting harder.
That’s why we’re building a brand-new add-on service to help. It gives you a simple way to test your emails before you hit send — spotting spam words and making sure your message has the best chance of landing in the inbox.

Update on Live Chat
In the interest of making your live chat experience even better, we recently rolled out an update to the system. For most users, everything has continued working as normal, but a small number have reported seeing a message saying “not available” when trying to connect with support.
We’ve tracked this down to a change that requires us to reload a few accounts after the update. If you happen to see this message, please email [email protected] and Sara will follow up with you quickly to get this sorted.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience as we make improvements to ensure live chat runs as smoothly as possible moving forward.
Take Action: Check Your Email Settings
Following on from our update about emails landing in spam, there’s another big reason this happens for a small number of users. In these cases, the Gold Star Pro account isn’t fully connected to their domain.
Even if your email address looks like @yourbusiness.com, behind the scenes your account might still be sending through a default pathway such as @viagoldstarpro.com. When this happens, Google (and other providers) don’t see your emails as fully verified — which means they’re far more likely to be flagged as spam.
Here’s how to check in Gold Star Pro:
Go to Settings > Email Services.
Look at the “Sender Domain” that’s listed.
If it matches your domain (e.g., @yourbusiness.com), you’re all set.
If you see @viagoldstarpro.com or anything else that isn’t your domain, you need to request a custom setup immediately.

While other companies charge hundreds of dollars for this, we offer it as a free service because we see it as essential. This isn’t something we can do for you, but it is something we do with you to make sure it’s set up correctly.
Recently, we’ve seen a small number of customers run into email issues only to discover this step hadn’t been completed — so please take a moment to check your settings.
