G’Day from Australia! (You know, I never actually say that in real life!!!) After three weeks of travel — with a stop in Las Vegas and a family holiday in Fiji — we’re finally back in our hometown near Melbourne. Fiji was extra special because we managed to surprise my Mum… though the cameraman completely failed at his job, so we don’t have the reaction on film! Needless to say, she was in absolute shock and it took her a good few hours to believe we were really there.

We’ll be here for the next 2–3 months (it’s a long way to come, so we might as well make the most of it!). While we’re getting settled back into Aussie life, I’ve got a whole bunch of exciting updates for you in this week’s newsletter.

Announcing Multiple Popups per Page

I’m really excited about this one! For a long time, many of us have wanted a way to show more than one popup on a single page — without messy workarounds. And now it’s here.

With the new Multiple Popups per Page feature, you can create as many popups as you like, each with its own content, design, and timing. Imagine being able to:

  • Share a special discount if someone’s about to click away

  • Show a sign-up form a few seconds after they land

  • Or pop up a friendly reminder only when they click a button

This means you can deliver the right message at the right time, without cluttering your page or overwhelming visitors. Plus, everything is managed in one simple panel — no coding required.

I can’t wait to see how you’ll use this to make your pages more engaging, personal, and effective.

Let’s take a look at how to set this up!

  1. Open any page in the Site or Funnel Builder. Click the Popup Settings button in the top navigation bar

  2. In the sidebar, press + Create New Popup and give it a descriptive name

  3. Click the Edit (Pencil) icon located next to the popup you created. Edit the pop-up just like a section. Add text, forms, buttons, images, videos, or countdowns.

Workflow Building Just Got Faster

I know so many of you have been waiting for this one — and I’m thrilled it’s finally here! Workflows just had a big upgrade with two new improvements:

1. Copy Actions Across Workflows
Until now, you could only copy and paste actions within the same workflow. Now you can take any step (or even an entire block of steps) and paste it into another workflow — even in a different tab. This means no more rebuilding the same logic over and over. Just copy once, paste where you need it, and you’re done. It’s going to save you hours.

2. Copy & Delete Triggers
You can now duplicate triggers with all their settings intact or delete them straight from the canvas. Need a similar trigger for a new segment? Copy it in seconds. Cleaning up old test triggers? Delete with a click. It keeps your workflow canvas tidy and your automations running smoother.

These little changes add up to a big improvement — making it faster, easier, and less error-prone to build the automations that keep your business running in the background.

I’ve been testing this myself and honestly, it feels like workflows just got a turbo boost. I can’t wait for you to try it out.

Smarter Domain Renewal Management

This one’s all about peace of mind. Managing your domains just got a whole lot simpler — and smarter. You now have full control over whether your internal domain renews automatically or manually.

Here’s what’s new:

  • Auto-Renew Made Simple: Switch auto-renew ON or OFF anytime before your renewal date.

  • Manual Renewal Backup: Prefer to do it yourself? You can renew manually at any time.

  • Smart Retries: If a payment hiccup causes auto-renew to fail, the system will try again up to two more times.

  • Clear Alerts: If renewal still fails, you’ll see a clear alert with your next steps.

Why does this matter? Because it means no more nasty surprises, no more expired domains, and no confusion around pricing (you’ll always see renewal costs upfront).

I love this update because it puts you in control while still giving you the safety net of automatic retries. Whether you like things set-and-forget or prefer to handle renewals yourself, you’ve now got the flexibility to do it your way.

Manage Product Deletions

This update is all about protecting your business from accidental mistakes. From now on, you’ll see safeguards in place whenever you try to delete products that are connected to subscriptions or key features like calendars and memberships.

Here’s what’s new:

  • Calendars & Memberships: Products created by these tools can no longer be deleted (the delete option is disabled).

  • Bulk Deletion: If you try to bulk delete, only safe-to-delete products will be removed.

  • Prices & Variants: Once a price or variant is saved for these types of products, it can’t be deleted to avoid breaking subscriptions.

These changes keep your system stable and protect both your business and your customers.

Set Your Default Currency

This one has been a long time coming — and I’m so excited it’s finally here! You can now set your default currency directly in your Business Profile Settings. Once you choose, that currency will automatically appear across your entire sub-account.

Here’s why this matters:

  • No more frustration switching currencies every time you create a product, coupon, or invoice.

  • Everything from product setup to charge flows will now show your chosen currency by default.

  • Still need flexibility? You can change it at checkout or configuration anytime.

For those of you running global businesses, this makes your payment process so much smoother, simpler, and far less error-prone. Honestly, it’s one of those “little-big” updates that will save you loads of time.

True Zero Padding for Forms

Design lovers, this one’s for you! We’ve added true zero padding support across forms, surveys, and quizzes. Before, the system always forced a little bit of extra space at the top and bottom — even when you set padding to 0. Now, you have complete control.

What this means for you:

  • Cleaner layouts with no unwanted whitespace

  • Pixel-perfect designs that look sharp and modern

  • Full flexibility to set padding exactly how you want it — whether that’s zero or more

It’s a small detail, but it makes a huge difference if you care about the way your pages look and feel. I know a lot of you have been asking for tighter designs, and this update makes it possible.

Smarter QR Code Builder

I’ve been hanging out in the QR Code Builder a lot lately, and these new updates have me seriously excited. Two small changes, but they make the whole process so much smoother.

First up, you can now share a QR Code as a link without needing to download the image. That means faster sharing, especially if you’re running things digitally and just want to send someone a quick link.

Second, we’ve added real-time testing while you’re creating a QR Code. No more saving, checking, and then going back to edit if it’s not quite right. Now you can test instantly inside the builder and know it’s working before you hit save.

It’s one of those updates that just takes away the friction. Faster, cleaner, and a lot more user-friendly.

This is a game-changer for anyone setting up their first online store. Instead of starting from scratch, you can now kick things off with a pre-built, ready-to-use store.

I love this because it takes away that overwhelming “blank page” feeling. The pre-built store already includes all the essential elements and the latest ecommerce features, so you can dive straight into customizing and personalizing — not wrestling with setup.

Here’s what you can do now:

  • Quick Start: Launch a store instantly with everything in place.

  • From Templates: Pick a template that matches your style or use case.

  • From Blank: Still there if you want full control from the ground up.

If you’ve been holding back on setting up your store because it felt like too much work, this update makes it easier than ever to get moving.

Build a Store Right Inside the Website Builder

This is such a cool update — and it’s going to make life so much easier if you’re building a site and suddenly decide, “Hey, I want a store too.” Now you can simply drag store elements (like product lists, featured products, or even full pre-built store sections) directly onto any page — and the system will do the heavy lifting for you.

Here’s what happens automatically:

  • A store is created for you (if one doesn’t already exist).

  • All the required store pages are generated instantly.

  • Your existing theme — header, footer, fonts, and colors — is replicated for a seamless look.

It’s as simple as dragging, dropping, and confirming your theme settings. From there, you can keep customizing your store flow just like any other part of your site.

I love this because it removes that extra setup step — you can go from “just a website” to “website + store” in seconds.

Bulk Edit Products in Spreadsheet View

This one’s a big win for anyone managing lots of products. Instead of clicking into products one by one, you can now edit them all at once in a spreadsheet-style view.

I’m really excited about this because it takes something that used to feel clunky and slow, and makes it fast and familiar. You can click straight into cells (just like you would in Excel or Google Sheets) and update things like:

  • Titles, descriptions, and labels

  • Prices, variants, and inventory

  • Shipping details, tax codes, and SEO

Even better, you can choose which columns to display, save your preferences, and pick up exactly where you left off next time. Plus, if you make a mistake, the system highlights it immediately so you don’t lose time fixing errors later.

For anyone who’s ever dreaded updating a whole product catalog — this update is going to feel like a breath of fresh air.
