It’s been an incredible week here in Bulgaria as we’ve been back on the mountain, getting into the swing of skiing despite the limited snow. As a company, we are full steam ahead, preparing for the exciting transition to the Escapepreneur in 2026, and the excitement is building. The feedback we’ve been receiving from our users has been amazing, and we’re thrilled to see so much enthusiasm for what’s coming next.

Sneak Peek of the New Look Platform

We’ve received a lot of excitement and positive feedback about the upcoming changes to our platform, and we’re thrilled to hear that many of you are loving the new colors! Of course, we’ve also had some questions about what the platform will look like with the rebranding.

Today, we want to give you a quick sneak peek! Day-to-day use of the platform inside your account will remain exactly the same, with one major change: the signature gold has been replaced with a vibrant teal!

Early in the new year, when you log in, this will be the fresh, updated look of your platform. We can’t wait for you to experience it, and we’re excited about the continued improvements we’re making to give you the best experience possible.

Updated Coaching Call Schedule Over the Holidays

Please note there will be no coaching calls on the 24th and 25th of December, nor on the 31st of December and 1st of January, while my time and I enjoy the holidays with our families. All other calls will continue as usual. Be sure to check the schedule for any updates or changes during the holiday season!

As we move into 2026, we’re making some minor tweaks to our coaching call schedule to better align with your needs across different time zones. These updated call times will ensure that you can continue to participate at convenient times, no matter where you are in the world. All of these changes will be available inside Escapepreneur Central, our new training portal. Smarter Slot Availability for Appointments

Calendar availability just got smarter. Gold Star Pro now calculates overlapping appointments by reducing slot capacity instead of blocking slots entirely.

This means more accurate availability, better use of capacity, and fewer missed booking opportunities across both admin bookings and public widgets.

Global Phone Number Availability Update

Finding international phone numbers just got easier. Gold Star Pro has expanded global number availability across more countries and number types, with clearer results inside the Buy Number experience.

Less guesswork, fewer dead ends, and better coverage for businesses operating globally.

More Control Over Community Member Profiles

Ever noticed how some people just want to get in and start engaging, while others are happy to set everything up properly first?

We’ve added a small but useful update to Gold Star Pro communities that lets you decide whether new members are required to complete a profile when they join, or whether they can skip it altogether.

It’s a simple toggle, but it gives you more flexibility over how your communities feel and function, depending on what you’re using them for.

One Media Library for All Services

If you’ve ever found yourself uploading the same image again and again just to keep things consistent, this update will save you time straight away.

Media Storage now works across the Services module in Gold Star Pro, so you can reuse images for services, add-ons, staff, locations, and booking pages without starting from scratch each time.

Everything lives in one place, stays consistent, and is quicker to manage.

From Ad Click to CRM in Seconds

You know that feeling when you see a new lead come through on Google Ads… and then realise you still have to download it, find it, import it, and actually do something with it.

By the time you get to it, they have already moved on.

This update fixes that.

You can now connect Google Lead Ads directly to your Gold Star Pro account, so new leads land inside your CRM automatically, ready for follow up straight away.

No spreadsheets.

No manual imports.

No leads slipping through because someone “will do it later.”

If you are running Google Lead Ads, this is one of those small changes that makes a big difference.

A2P Just Got Simpler

If you’ve ever had a message fail because of A2P registration, this one’s for you.

Sending across the US, Canada, or international numbers is now smoother, with fewer restrictions and faster approvals.

All you need is Person Verification, and you can skip A2P registration in most cases.

It’s one of those updates that quietly makes your day-to-day messaging easier — and a lot more reliable.
